We have always been proud of the ice creams and desserts we produce and will always maintain the standards we have strived to create so far in hand creating the best quality produce from the finest available ingredients.

We believe in keeping traditional skills alive, there is no automation in our factory. We believe in keeping it local wherever we can and all of the fresh milk and cream we use comes from the farms of Northumberland & Durham.

We will never compromise or cheapen our products just to get them in the supermarkets – and not just because Ian & Peter would never get an invite to a family BBQ again !
